Thailand Condo Shop is back

Thailand Condo Shop is now a research site for foreigners buying condos in Thailand. The domain has been registered since August 2012 and previously carried a Pattaya listing site. The 2026 rebuild retains the domain and its URL history for Pattaya content, and extends coverage to Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin, and Koh Samui.

What’s on the site

The editorial desk has published 11 pillar guides covering the buying process, foreign quota, costs, freehold versus leasehold, rental yields, best areas, scams, visas, resale, inheritance, and Airbnb legality. Thirty supporting guides, two annual market reports, ten developer profiles, and ten project reviews round out the corpus. Two interactive calculators estimate total cost of ownership and rental yield.

What’s next

Quarterly refreshes of the market reports will track Thailand Land Department foreign transfer volumes, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield outlook revisions, and the impact of the Pattaya-Rayong high-speed rail build-out. Project review coverage will expand to 30 named developments across Pattaya, Bangkok, and Phuket by mid-2026.

Update, September 2026: these plans slipped. The site has 16 project reviews, in Pattaya and Korat, and the market reports have not yet been refreshed.
