What to contact us about
Corrections. If a price, date, statute reference or other fact on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us. Include the page URL, the passage in question and, if you have one, a link to a primary source that shows the correct figure. How we handle corrections is set out in our editorial policy.
Data submissions. We welcome primary data we can cite, such as official statistics, published market reports, developer price lists or juristic person fee schedules. Tell us where the data comes from and whether we may name the source. We only publish figures we can attribute to a named, dated source.
Press and research questions. Journalists and researchers can ask about our figures and where they come from. Statistics we publish trace to the sources listed at the bottom of each page.
What we cannot help with
Thailand Condo Shop does not sell, list, rent or represent any property. We are not a broker and we do not hold unit inventory, so we cannot answer questions about availability, arrange viewings or negotiate on your behalf.
We also cannot give legal, tax or financial advice about your own situation. For a specific purchase, inheritance question or dispute, instruct a lawyer licensed in Thailand. Our guides are general information only; see our terms of use.
Response times
We aim to reply to correction requests and data submissions, but we cannot promise a reply to every message. Corrections that change the substance of a page give it a new "Updated" date.
Your data
We use what you send us only to handle your message. Our privacy policy explains what the site itself collects.
