Prices, data and accuracy
Prices, fees, yields, quota figures and legal positions change. Figures on the site are tied to the named, dated sources listed at the bottom of each page, and each figure reflects that source on that date. We work to keep pages accurate, as described in our editorial policy, but we give no warranty that any information is complete, current or error-free. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown. You use the information at your own risk, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it.
Links to other websites
We link to government bodies, research firms, law firms, developers and listing portals. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy. A link is not an endorsement, and a citation of a firm's published work does not mean that firm has reviewed our pages.

Language
The site is written in English. Some pages are also published in Thai and Simplified Chinese. If a translated page differs from the English version, the English version applies. Where we quote Thai law in English, the translation is unofficial and the Thai-language text is authoritative.
