Special promotion 6% NET rental guarantee fixed for the first 3 years.

Years 4-30 are paid by means of profit share with the hotel company: 70% in favor of the investor and 30% to the hotel.

Payment Terms:

Option 1

50,000-100,000 THB reservation deposit.

30% upon signing the Purchase Contract (within 30 days from the signature of Reservation Agreement).

20% within the next 6 months.

50% upon handover.

Option 2

50,000-100,000 THB reservation deposit.

100% upon signing the Purchase Contract (within 30 days from the signature of Reservation Agreement).

If payment made in full, the investor receives a full 5% ROI over the course of construction.
